1. Acceptance of these terms
By opening imagerous.com, reading a horoscope, generating a natal-chart report, or taking a quiz, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If any part does not sit right with you, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the service.
These terms apply to every visitor, whether you browse as a guest or hold an account, and they govern all content and features offered under the Imagerous name.
2. Who may use Imagerous
You must be at least 18 years old to use Imagerous. By using the service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide about yourself is accurate.
You agree to keep your account credentials, if you create them, confidential, and to accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Nature of the content
Everything Imagerous publishes — daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly horoscopes, natal-chart reports, quiz outcomes, and articles — is provided for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not professional advice.
Astrological readings must never replace guidance from a qualified doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial adviser. Decisions you make after reading our content remain entirely your own.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our readings and reports, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes another person's rights.
We may suspend or withdraw access, without notice, from anyone who misuses the service or acts in a way that harms other users or Imagerous.
5. Intellectual property
The Imagerous name, the orb and sparkle marks, the written readings, and the visual design of this site are owned by Imagerous or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
6. Paid reports and refunds
Some reports, such as the full Natal Chart, may be offered for a fee. Prices and what each report includes are shown before you purchase.
Because reports are generated and delivered digitally and immediately, they are generally non-refundable once produced, except where refunds are required by the law that applies to you. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
7. Limitation of liability
Imagerous is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on our content, from interruptions to the service, or from decisions made on the basis of a reading.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time as the service evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
